Payment Administrator
The 'Payment Administrator' represents the person(s) that manage the back office payment administration systems for electronic toll, VMT road use payment, and other services paid for from a vehicle. It monitors the systems that support the electronic transfer of funds from the customer to the system operator. It monitors customer enrollment and supports the establishment of escrow accounts depending on the clearinghouse scheme and the type of payments involved. It also establishes and administers the pricing structures and policies.
