MCSAW Electronic Bypass Sites

Status: Planned

Description: The Motor Carrier Size and Weight (MCSAW) Electronic Bypass Sites element uses Drivewyze and PrePass which is a nationwide Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) system that allows participating transponder equipped CVO to bypass designated weigh stations and port–of entry facilities. The systems is managed by the FDOT Motor Carrier Size and Weight Division of the FDOT State Maintenance Office.
