onboard_transit_connection_request

This data flow from the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function to request a transit connection be protected - that is that the next vehicle that the traveler will use be held long enough for the traveler to be able to meet it. This data flow is sent from an individual traveler's personal device to processes running onboard a transit vehicle.
