Overview

The 'Eligibility Certification Management System' verifies that an individual traveler is eligible for discounted transportation or special services (e.g., paratransit, specialized carpools) as a result of local or national policy, and provides the necessary token, crypto-material and/or device for that individual to use the relevant transportation methods at a discounted rate. This object is ostensibly subject to audit policies and procedures, and while that need has been defined in supporting materials, it is outside the scope of ARC-IT.
