Represents the Kerr Area Rural Transportation System (KARTS) dispatch center in Henderson, NC. KARTS provides transportation services for people with disabilities. Administered by the Transportation Operations Division of the Public Works Department, the daily operations of the bus system are managed under contract. Has paratransit software.
