PM02: Chapel Hill Transit Park and Ride
Need Area Description
Chapel Hill Transit currently supports Park & Ride at 4 lots using pre–paid display tags. In the future this service package could provide real–time information on Park and Ride capacity and support traveler's decision–making on where best to park and make use of transit alternatives. Transit operators are provided arrival information to support efficient pickup and drop offs and drivers switching to transit are offered current transit information.
