NC Turnpike Authority
Description
The North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA) is authorized to study, plan, develop and undertake preliminary design work for toll roads in the state. At the conclusion of these activities, the NCTA is authorized to design, establish, purchase, construct, operate, and maintain the toll roads.
