Cary	Provide support for connected vehicle devices that can send and receive messages to and from connected/automated vehicles.
Chapel Hill	Provide support for connected vehicle devices that can send and receive messages to and from connected/automated vehicles.
Durham	Provide support for connected vehicle devices that can send and receive messages to and from connected/automated vehicles.
Local Traffic Management Departments	Provide support for connected vehicle devices that can send and receive messages to and from connected/automated vehicles.
NC Department of Transportation	Provide support for connected vehicle devices that can send and receive messages to and from connected/automated vehicles.
NC Turnpike Authority	Provide support for connected vehicle devices that can send and receive messages to and from connected/automated vehicles.
Other States	Share information with NCDOT about incidents, closures, etc. that may affect travel into their area.
Public Travelers	maintain their cooperative/connected ITS devices (onboard equipment) in order to share information with surrounding vehicles and with the infrastructure.
Raleigh	Provide support for connected vehicle devices that can send and receive messages to and from connected/automated vehicles.
